How to participate in WCF
Step1. Registration
 
Registration opens :August 25, 2017
A group of two students can submit a registration form
Eligibility : primary school students (up to 6th grade)or junior high school students (7-9th grade).
Step2. Letter of Invitation
 
Eligible registrants will receive the official letter of invitation from the Festival Chair as soon as the registration form arrives, or no later than October 9, 2017

Long-term Thesis Upload

 
Long-term thesis announces : October 13, 2017
The accepted and invited teams should submit a long-term thesis as their final output until October 13. 2017

Enjoy WCF 2017 at Daejeon, Korea!

 
 To register the WCF, all foreign participants have to be referred by their National delegates. The registration fee per team is $100(American dollar). This includes teams' meals and accommodations during the festival. The supervising teacher of each team (up to 2 teachers from each country) will be also offered some financial support, which is preset based on their originating country and may not fully cover his/her airfare.
